Expert Rehabilitation Specialist

Rehabilitation Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled professional to undertake rehabilitation assessments and develop effective plans to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of daily living, home, worksite, functional and ergonomic activities
- Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to enhance functional abilities and promote maximal work participation
- Collaborate with clients, family members, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
- Provide education and support to empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
Qualifications and Skills:
- Australian recognized degree qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling and relevant accreditation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to high-level customer service and empathy towards clients
