Disability Support Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide individualized support to individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to empower people to live independently, increase their capacities, and participate fully in community life.

The role involves providing high-quality supports and services that promote the emotional, social, and behavioral needs of our clients. This includes assisting with daily living skills, personal care, and administering medication when required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs and goals. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to person-centered practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in a person-centered way
  • Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and medication administration
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted current driver's license
  • Safe, reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
