We are seeking a Business Growth Strategist to drive sales at the intersection of construction and data.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in sales, particularly in the construction or manufacturing industries. They will be confident communicators who know how to engage with senior decision-makers and drive results through cold calling and warm leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and growing a strong pipeline across Melbourne and the eastern states.
  • Managing a 90/10 office/onsite hybrid schedule.
  • Leveraging warm leads and cold outreach to hit monthly targets.

  • Base salary up to $90k + Super + $14.4k Car Allowance
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days from home
