About the Job:

As a pharmacist in this role, you will be responsible for managing store and dispensary operations, as well as supervising team members. You will also provide exceptional patient care and counseling, while ensuring accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store and dispensary operations to meet standards set by The Pharmacy Board of Australia and The Pharmacy Guild.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care and professional counseling services to meet individual needs.
  • Supervise and support team members, including interns, students, and assistants, to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Dedicated work ethic and strong team player.
