Pharmacist Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team as a leader.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who wants to utilize their skills in a leadership capacity. You will be responsible for managing the pharmacy team, leading by example and working closely with other pharmacists and technicians to ensure smooth operation of the pharmacy.

  • Clinical Governance: Oversee the clinical governance framework, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a dynamic team of pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance job satisfaction and performance.
  • Business Operations: Assist in managing pharmacy operations, including stock control, patient records, and customer service.
Key Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
