Pharmacist Leadership OpportunityThe role of Pharmacist in Charge involves leading the dispensary team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities include oversight of medication packing, support for vaccination and other clinical services as needed, and maintenance of high levels of customer interaction and care.
Key Requirements:- AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Minfos dispensing system
- Passion for customer service and delivering clinical care
This is a rotational roster position requiring flexibility to work across the roster including weekends and public holidays on rotation.
Working closely with Pharmacists on shift, supported by 2 Technicians, an Intern, and an engaged front of shop team is also a key aspect of this role.
