We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Creation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality training content across various delivery modes, including face-to-face, online, and blended learning.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Learning Content: Create and update learning materials, including learner guides, facilitator resources, assessments, eLearning modules, and job aids, that meet adult learning best practices, business needs, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with subject matter experts, operational trainers, safety, and HR teams to ensure learning content reflects real-world requirements and meets the needs of our learners.
  • Apply Instructional Design Principles: Use your knowledge of instructional design principles to align learning content with adult learning best practices, business needs, and compliance requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Instructional Design: A strong understanding of instructional design principles and experience in creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in your work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, such as Kando, Camtasia, and Snagit, and experience in uploading and managing learning materials within a Learning Management System (LMS).
