Are you ready to play a vital role in shaping the future of finance? As a Senior Consultant, you'll guide CFOs through their most complex challenges and work with clients across diverse sectors to deliver solutions that drive efficiency, growth, and sustainable change.

What You'll Do
  • Work closely with CFOs and their teams to design and implement transformation initiatives across Controllership, FP&A, and Finance Operations.
  • Develop and implement future-ready Finance Strategies and Target Operating Models, including Global Business Services.
  • Enable Finance to evolve into a Strategic Business Partner by establishing an insight-led advisory function and delivering actionable recommendations to support business outcomes.
  • Implement Cloud ERP/EPM, automation, and AI technologies to enable process excellence and drive finance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Uplift Enterprise Performance Management capabilities to help clients understand drivers of business performance, accelerate decision-making, and unlock growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering transformation projects in the Finance function, including Finance Operating Model Design and Finance Process Improvement (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A).
  • Advisory experience with key Finance technologies and automation tools (e.g. SAP S/4, OneStream, Workday Adaptive, Oracle, PowerBI).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in emerging Future of Finance trends, including AI and Agentic Finance.
  • An academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred. Finance qualifications (e.g., CPA Australia, CA ANZ, CIMA) are highly regarded.
