Lead Credit Risk Model Developer

This Senior Analyst role focuses on developing and enhancing credit risk models to support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and monitoring application scorecards, behavioural models, and rating models across retail and non-retail portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit risk modelling techniques and proficiency in R, SAS, Python, SQL, and Excel.
They will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders, build automated tools for model performance tracking, and contribute to regulatory submissions.
- Develop and validate credit risk models (PD, LGD, EAD, scorecards, and rating models)
- Ensure models meet regulatory standards
- Collaborate with risk, finance, and business stakeholders
- Design and implement automated tools for model performance tracking
- Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members
