Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our credit risk strategy and product development efforts. This key role will focus on creating innovative credit solutions tailored to small and medium-sized businesses across various industries.The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of credit risk management, with a strong background in driving credit risk strategy and acquisition underwriting for credit cards or unsecured loans. They will be responsible for managing the entire credit lifecycle, from origination and underwriting through to servicing and collections, to optimize loan portfolio performance.Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement credit products that meet evolving SMB needs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and launch innovative credit products tailored to specific business segments.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing transparent communication on credit performance and risk management.
  • Continuously improve our credit risk management strategy and policies to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor credit and risk management teams, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
  • Integrate advanced data analytics and machine learning models into credit risk assessment and strategy formulation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and technologies impacting our credit risk framework and lending products.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably within fintech, lending, credit cards, or unsecured loans.
  • Strong business acumen and extensive experience driving credit risk strategy and acquisition underwriting for credit cards or unsecured loans.
