Key Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team at Evolve Scientific. This is a permanent position offering an attractive salary.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer a range of benefits, including market-leading benefits packages and accommodation support for international contractors.
Job DescriptionThis role involves monitoring and receiving inbound deliveries, inspecting incoming goods, preparing monthly reports, and maintaining data accuracy in ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in inventory management, planning, and/or supply chain in a GMP environment, with excellent Excel skills and SAP experience.
Duties- Monitor and receive inbound deliveries, ensuring all paperwork and documentation is complete and correct.
- Inspect incoming goods to specifications, GMP standards, and quality requirements.
- Prepare monthly reports, maintain data accuracy, and comply with ERP systems.
- Regularly review safety-stock levels based on demand, lead-times, and criticality, triggering re-orders as required.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts, regular stock takes, and investigate/manage stock discrepancies.
- Develop and implement system and process improvements, maintaining/updating process/procedure documentation for training/audits.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including warehousing, QA, and QC, to analyze, confirm, and maintain inventory requirements.
- Previous experience in inventory management, planning, and/or supply chain in a GMP environment.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- SAP experience is essential.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Pharmaceutical industry background is highly desirable.
- Forklift license is highly regarded.
