As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your role will involve creating visually appealing store displays, managing planograms, and promoting our products in a way that resonates with our target audience.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and practices.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time.
