- Engaging with global experts for ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
- BUILDING professional networks to support technical and industry knowledge sharing.
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure quality client experiences and repeat business.
- Preparing high-quality project reports and digital deliverables to professional standards.
- Managing project budgets, schedules, and deliverables per QA systems.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members' technical development.

- Proficiency in 12D, DRAINS, RORB, TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, and other relevant hydraulic and hydrologic modelling tools.
- Strong experience in client-facing roles and multidisciplinary project coordination.
- Working knowledge of relevant Australian standards, ARR 2019, Austroads guidelines, and local authority requirements.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality technical work within project timeframes and budgets.
