Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline and maintaining a high performing, engaged and supportive team culture.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ / CPEng (highly regarded).
  • Demonstrated experience in water and wastewater projects.
  • Knowledge of applicable Australian codes and standards.
  • An interest in mentoring, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering high quality work and excellent client and stakeholder engagement skills.
