Project Lead: Water Infrastructure Expert

The Opportunity:

Our client is a leading specialist infrastructure and construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex water infrastructure projects throughout Western Australia.

Seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee regional water infrastructure projects valued between $3 million and $30 million. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in civil construction, specifically in water infrastructure delivery, and the capability to lead high-performing project teams from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end management of regional water infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate site visits, inspections, and assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 8+ years' exposure to civil construction or infrastructure projects in Australia.
  • Proven experience in water infrastructure delivery.
  • A pro-active, can-do attitude and ability to hit the ground running.
  • Positive references from previous employers, demonstrating stable employment history.
