Job Description

As a Support Worker, you will have industry experience and the following attributes:

  • Experience in managing participants who require support with complex care and high physical needs.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • A person-centred approach to care.
  • Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and the availability to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required.

Mandatory Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support Disability, Aged Care or equivalent.
  • First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willingness to obtain.
  • Current Driver's License.
