Key Responsibilities- Advocate for individuals who require support in navigating their rehabilitation journey
- Deliver counseling services to individuals who are experiencing career changes and challenges
- Conduct assessments to identify rehabilitation goals and develop personalized plans
- Collaborate with treatment providers to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes
- Develop and implement graduated return-to-work plans in consultation with medical professionals
- Manage complex psychological issues and coordinate with treating health professionals
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counseling or Psychology, with registration with AHPRA or ASORC
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to clients
