Strategic HR Advisor Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic Senior HR Advisor to join our Melbourne-based team for a fixed-term 6-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual who thrives on complexity and loves a challenge. As a key member of our Strategic People Partnership Team, you'll be trusted to work independently while making a genuine difference in the lives of our employees.

  • You will provide expert guidance, insight, and support to our leaders and employees on performance and misconduct matters, business restructuring, and change initiatives.
  • You'll navigate complex awards, agreements, and policies to guide decisions that balance business needs with fair process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful, you will bring:

  • An Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
  • Post-secondary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent demonstrated relevant experience.
  • Experience interpreting legislation, regulations, Awards, and Industrial Agreements together with policy and procedures to provide high-quality and pragmatic HR advice.
