Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our search engine marketing initiatives, focusing on SEO across the ANZ region.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of developing and executing impactful SEO strategies that drive measurable results. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and improve search engine rankings.
  • Perform on-page and technical SEO optimizations.
  • Lead off-page SEO efforts.
  • Create SEO-friendly content, ensuring alignment with target keywords.
  • Conduct site audits and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Track and analyze organic search performance.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Develop high-performing Google Ads campaigns with effective ad copy, targeting, and bid strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Support paid search efforts (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to complement SEO initiatives.
  • Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and daily campaign monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting.
  • Write compelling ad copy, test creative variations, and optimize landing pages for SEM campaigns.
  • Continuously analyze SEM performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram Facebook & YouTube)
  • Meta Suite

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:
• Proficient with the WordPress platform.
• Proven experience in both SEO and SEM, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and paid search platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Proficiency in SEO and SEM tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, Google Ads, and Google Search Console.
• Experience with technical SEO (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), keyword research, and competitive analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital communications, or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience in SEO/SEM and digital marketing.
• 2 years of technical SEO experience.
• Experience with analytical tools. Google Analytics, SEO and Google Ads certification are a plus.
• Salesforce Experience is a plus, including Account Engagement knowledge.
