About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist, supporting us in our efforts to advocate for all Local Governments across Western Australia.

You will be working alongside our Marketing and Communications teams to elevate our online presence. Your role will be to deploy and refine online tactics and campaigns that resonate from Albany to Wyndham, using data-driven insights to shape our strategy and maximise impact.

We are looking for a high-performing digital marketing professional who can provide expert advice on digital marketing briefs, collaborate on campaigns, and generally ensure initiatives are firing on all cylinders, in support of our five-year strategic plan.

As a member of our highly engaged Advocacy team, you will thrive in a collaborative and inclusive marketing environment. You will work closely with the Marketing and Comms teams, as well as our in-house Design Lead, to enhance and amplify existing content, bringing your ideas to life while ensuring it hits the mark with our online audiences.

The ideal candidate will have GA4 expertise for advanced analytics and performance tracking, familiar with Kentico CMS and basic HTML for web content management, strong foundation in digital marketing strategy and campaign execution, experienced in website maintenance, UX optimisation, and SEO, skilled in data interpretation to drive engagement and inform decisions, ability to provide best-practice guidance across digital channels, and a fresh, innovative mindset for digital transformation.

This is a full-time role, requiring 37.5 hours per week. As part of our highly engaged Advocacy team, you will be responsible for:
