Revenue Growth Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Promo & Pricing scenario planning – build, assess and benchmark promotional strategies and pricing scenarios using financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
- CPI execution support & tracking – ensure adherence to project management best practices and CPI tracking processes.
- Promo audit – track promo execution and evaluate performance to inform optimisation of promo plans.
- NPD Pricing & Promotional Strategy – collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inputs into business cases and integrate pricing ladder benchmarking.
- Active Mix Management - model mix scenarios across pack groups, customers and channels to unlock profit improvement opportunities.
- RGM tools maintenance & upgrade – manage and optimize existing tools and develop new ones when required.
This is a permanent role that reports to the Senior RGM & eRetail Lead and sits within the Sales function.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
