Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with commercial property transactions from start to finish, with supervision as needed.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, option deeds, leases, and other legal documents requires attention to detail.
  • Managing settlements through PEXA ensures accurate and efficient transaction completion.
  • Liaising with stamping agents for Office of State Revenue requirements is crucial.
  • Collaborating with the team in a cooperative manner is essential.
  • Liaising with clients, agents, banks, and other stakeholders facilitates smooth transactions.
About You
  • 2-6 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer is required.
  • Proven experience in property law, with a solid understanding of property transactions, is necessary.
  • Proficiency with the PEXA platform is essential for this role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are vital.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
