About this Opportunity

We are seeking a Property Law Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role based in Australia, with the opportunity to work flexibly and/or remotely.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of property law transactions and advice, including sales and acquisitions, e-conveyancing, property development, commercial and retail leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain practically-focused content and resources for our popular product.
  • Monitor legal developments and changes in current practice.
  • Support senior writers with managing author relationships and reviewing content for accuracy and suitability.
  • Provide support to relationship managers to help build brand awareness and influence market share across clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years PQE as an Australian qualified lawyer.
  • Recent experience in an Australian mid to top tier law firm, in-house counsel or Government role.
  • A background in transactional and advisory work in property law.
