About the Opportunity
  • Work closely with industry leaders on complex development, leasing and capital transactions for top-tier clients.
  • Engage in high-value matters with listed developers, corporates and institutions.

The successful candidate will play a central role in managing acquisitions, developments, leasing, and capital transactions on a national scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on commercial acquisitions and disposals across various asset classes.
  • Draft and negotiate leasing, development and project agreements.
  • Engage in large-scale commercial and infrastructure developments.
  • Assist institutional and corporate clients in property investment strategy.
  • Handle full transactional process including PEXA and settlement coordination.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced senior associate to manage property transactions and provide strategic advice.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property law.
  • Strong experience in acquisitions, development projects and leasing.
  • Exposure to property finance, project delivery and government land deals.
  • Transactional confidence and client-facing experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across practice groups.
