Key Commercial Property Lawyer Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile commercial property projects. We are seeking a skilled lawyer with expertise in leasing, acquisitions, and large-scale transactions.

  • Draft and negotiate documentation for construction, consultancy, and development projects.
  • Provide advice on land acquisitions, estate land sales, divestments, and major project transactions.
  • Support commercial and industrial leasing matters, including agreements for lease and finalisation of leasing documentation.
  • Manage due diligence processes, including coordination of data rooms and Q&A.
  • Prepare and maintain precedents, templates, and confidentiality agreements in line with risk parameters.
  • Collaborate with business teams to find practical solutions that balance legal risk and commercial objectives.

We require a candidate with 5+ years' PQE in a law firm or in-house environment, with a strong property focus. Experience in leasing, acquisitions, and large-scale property transactions is essential. The ideal candidate will have commercial acumen, a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement, and strong drafting skills.
