Senior Culinary Professional Required

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled culinary professional to take on a key role in our kitchen team.

Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and present high-quality dishes, adhering to the highest standards of hotel cuisine.

Key aspects of this position include:

  • Preparing and presenting food for breakfast, à la carte dinner, in-room dining and the bar.
  • Leading, mentoring and training junior kitchen staff members.
  • Contributing to menu design, including seasonal menus and daily/weekly specials.
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of quality and freshness in both ingredients and meal preparation.
  • Ensuring adherence to stringent food hygiene protocols in accordance with legislative requirements.
  • Managing inventory and stock levels.
  • Collaborating with the Executive Chef to drive the kitchen team's performance and foster a positive working environment.
