Exceptional Service Delivery Leader

The position of Support Services Manager is a critical role within our hospitals, responsible for leading the delivery of exceptional service to our patients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operational leadership and a strong ability to drive business outcomes through their teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic direction and operational management to ensure seamless delivery of support services across both hospitals.
  • Supervising catering operations, cleaning services, and laundry facilities to ensure a high standard of quality and safety.
  • Managing rostering, staffing, and supervision of teams to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards related to food handling, cleaning, and infection control.
  • Meeting safety, service, quality, and other organizational targets while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
