The Primary Curriculum Leader will be responsible for leading and supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of high-quality teaching and learning programs in the primary school.
This role involves collaborating with teachers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that curriculum goals are met and students receive a well-rounded education.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing curriculum plans that meet the needs of students and teachers
- Leading and facilitating professional development opportunities for teachers
- Monitoring student progress and assessing program effectiveness
- Maintaining relationships with parents, community groups, and external organizations
