Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Hamilton Sales Department. As a key member of our Branch leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the continued profitability and growth of our branches, as well as the personal growth of our employees and the satisfaction of our customers.

• Lead a well-established sales team to develop and implement sales processes and marketing initiatives that drive market share and profitability.
• Develop and maintain healthy, profitable customer relationships, leveraging your negotiation and relationship management skills to solidify our position as the industry leader in customer satisfaction.
• Set goals and budgets that are backed by your industry knowledge and commercial acumen, and operationalize and agile enough to respond to external demands.

• Proven success in a sales position, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Aptitude and desire to lead others to achieve the same success, with a passion for developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of the industry and the wider agricultural sector, with a solid understanding of the financial realities of asset and inventory management, budget management, and pricing strategy.
