As a Food and Beverage Supervisor with us, you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on providing quality service and exceeding guest expectations.

The Role:

You will lead the food and beverage team with passion and energy, supporting and training them to deliver outstanding service and standards. Your goal will be to create unique guest experiences that drive loyalty and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the food and beverage team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and quality service
  • Support and train team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to implement new initiatives and improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a food and beverage/restaurant and bars related position
  • Experience in leading, supporting, and driving a team
  • Qualifications in hotel management and/or food and beverage related field preferred
  • Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Valid NSW RSA Competency card required
  • Excellent communication skills, bilingual or multilingual language skills advantageous
  • A team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workloads
  • Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm, and positivity in the team to drive an engaged, winning culture
