Job Summary

This role requires a Guest Experience Expert who will take the initiative to deliver exceptional services to our guests, guiding them throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will be empowered to move about their space, addressing operational needs, completing reports, and sharing the highlights of the local area to make transactions feel like part of the experience.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, think outside the box, and have an open-minded personality. They will be responsible for helping with guest requests and luggage, as well as processing cash handling and confidentiality.

Estimated salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
