We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Professionals to join our team in Launceston TAS.
About the Role:
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living, including domestic and personal care assistance.
- Assist customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.
About You:
- Ability and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays with significant availability.
- Resilience, confidence and the ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships.
Requirements:
- NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
- Able to use computers and learn a variety of software/programs.
- Smart Phone.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
