We specialize in supporting people living with Autism, Mental Health challenges, and a wide range of disabilities – and we're looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in Tasmania.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live independently, achieve their goals, and participate fully in their community.
Your duties may include:
- Providing in-home and community-based support
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting clients to attend appointments, engage in hobbies, and participate in social activities
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
- Accurate record-keeping and reporting
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community support (highly desirable)
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (preferred)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- A caring, reliable, and professional attitude
