About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker with Innovative Care Tasmania, you'll provide essential support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the care they need to live fulfilling lives. Your role will involve driving to various locations to cover shifts, so a full Australian driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Drive to different locations to cover shifts as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the highest quality of care.

Requirements:

  • Full Australian driving license.
  • Relevant qualification in the disability or community support sector.
  • Willingness to drive to various locations.
  • Genuine passion for supporting and enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities.
  • All necessary documentation for employment.
