## Job Title: Assistant Director - Policy

## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director - Policy to join our highly multidisciplinary team at HiTech Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships and representing the Department as needed.

## Key Responsibilities

* Support the Director in project scoping, development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
* Manage the effective governance of projects and associated contracted engagement and research work to ensure progress, quality, and value for money.
* Supervise policy and research related project activities and resources to deliver agreed outputs.

## Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects from scoping through implementation and reporting, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
* Extensive experience in building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams, including conducting performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to foster skills development.
* Familiarity with program management frameworks and a strong ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
