About the Position:

As a Lead Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. You will work collaboratively with your team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of community and belonging
  • Monitor, record, and report on children's progress and development
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
