Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Biologics Formulation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for dispensing and formulating solutions in accordance with production protocols.

About the Role

In this role, you will contribute to the success of our site by maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will work closely with our Quality Assurance team to identify and address any areas of concern.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense and formulate solutions in accordance with production protocols.
  • Contribute to production requirements outlined by the site master production schedule.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance on issues impacting production.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives through Gemba walks, JDI, RCCM, and Kaizen events.
  • Present data and line information to diverse groups of staff.
  • Accurately record information in batch records and relevant logs.
