**Job Title:** Lead Biologic Device Integration Specialist

As a seasoned Principal Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development of innovative combination products that transform patient care. With a strong background in drug delivery systems, human factors engineering, and medical device regulations, you will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and commercialize biologic/device combination products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for biologic/device integration projects, aligning with overall objectives.
  • Lead human factors development activities to ensure usability and patient safety.
  • Author and review human factors/usability engineering plans, risk management documentation, study protocols and reports, and supportive design control documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
