Lead Product Developer
Drive business growth and innovation by developing and executing product roadmaps that meet customer needs, align with business goals, and leverage market intelligence. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing, sales, and commercial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop short-term and long-term product plans, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
- Manage the product pipeline, ensuring a strong portfolio that meets customer needs and drives revenue growth.
- Partner with stakeholders to provide product training, support, and develop tools for effective selling processes.
- Monitor promotional material effectiveness and implement digital strategies for lead generation.
- Build relationships with key business units, ensuring expectations are understood, issues are proactively communicated, and performance measurement criteria are achieved.
- Meet service level expectations while maintaining inventory targets for indent, slow-moving stock, and excess stock.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or relevant marketing experience combined with industry experience.
- Track record of driving business growth through product strategy development and execution.
- Experience working in a global, matrix organization (desired).
- Highly motivated and resourceful individual driven by results.
- Excellent numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
