About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to build and expand our dealer network across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new dealerships into our ecosystem.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong partnerships with existing dealers, addressing their queries and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Growth Strategy: Analyze market trends and provide valuable insights to inform product development and business growth initiatives.
- Sales and Negotiation: Clearly communicate the benefits of partnering with us, building trust and securing buy-in from dealers.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or account management (auto marketplace/dealer experience highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of the used car industry and dealer ecosystem.
- Excellent relationship-building and commercial communication skills.
- Confidence in presenting and negotiating with dealers.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary + bonus incentives
- $10,000 annual car allowance
- OTE $140K-150K+ (uncapped earnings)
