Coordinating Terminal Operations

This position plays a pivotal role in managing day-to-day processes, document control, procurement, reporting, and terminal-related projects.

Your ability to prioritize tasks effectively, adapt to fast-paced operations, and build strong stakeholder relationships will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties including document management, record keeping, scanning, and logistics coordination.
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions and orders in ERP systems.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, arranging site access, PPE, and workstations.
  • Maintain a centralized document repository and generate reports using Excel and Visio.
  • Provide support to key leaders with site visit coordination, stakeholder communications, and event planning.
  • Contribute to operational reporting, including daily KPIs and monthly submissions.
  • Support various teams in project documentation and compliance.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service across internal and external stakeholder interactions.
