AV Installation and Integration Technician

We are seeking skilled professionals to install and integrate commercial AV systems, including displays, projectors, racks, and control systems.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and experience with AV equipment and systems. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to deliver end-to-end AV solutions.

About the Role
  • Install and integrate commercial AV systems, including displays, projectors, racks, and control systems.
  • Run cabling, terminate, mount, and fault-test AV/IT equipment.
  • Commission and program systems such as Crestron, AMX, Biamp, QSC, Extron, and Q-SYS.
  • Interpret CAD/schematic drawings and follow technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in AV installation and integration within commercial environments.
  • Proficient in commissioning, testing, and fault-finding AV systems.
  • Knowledge of DSP programming and system integration (Biamp/Q-SYS, QSC, etc.) highly regarded.
  • Ability to read drawings/schematics and follow technical plans.
  • Electrical installation or structured cabling experience desirable.
  • VIC driver's licence & valid construction white card required.
