Academic Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Academic Dean to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our institution's academic programs.

The successful candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring high-quality education and driving continuous improvement across the curriculum.

This senior leadership position involves collaborating with faculty to develop and enhance curriculum, learning outcomes, and teaching methodologies, as well as managing the recruitment, development, and performance of academic staff.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in academic leadership, a proven track record of driving positive change and achieving results, and a deep understanding of higher education.

The successful candidate will be a strong strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the university's academic programs and initiatives

Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in a relevant academic field
  • Extensive experience in academic leadership, with a proven track record of driving positive change and achieving results
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of academic leadership experience required
  • Deep understanding of higher education, including curriculum development, teaching and learning, and academic governance
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex academic challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and student success
