Life Sciences Field Service Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Field Service Professional to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member, you will be responsible for servicing Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics instruments at Australian customers' sites and assisting across the broader Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities- Provide preventive and maintenance services to customers
- Install, service and maintain all Life Sciences and Clinical Diagnostics instruments
- Ensure timely completion of work orders to customer satisfaction
- Utilize software for work order management
- Maintain tools and test equipment in a professional manner
- Perform other duties as required
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical/Biomedical/Mechanical)
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Life Science, Clinical Diagnostics or Biomedical service Industry
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer relationship building skills
- Initiative, good organization, and planning skills
- Team orientation and problem-solving ability
- High level of computer literacy and software usage
- Valid drivers' license
