As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our business plan, positioning us as a leading player in the local life sciences sector.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, partnerships, and ecosystem engagement across academia, industry, and government;">
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure all licensing, safety, and environmental standards are met through robust compliance frameworks;">
- Shape commercial strategy, oversee pipeline development, and lead outreach to key stakeholders including universities, corporates, and public agencies;">
- Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture aligned with our values through recruitment, coaching, and performance management;">
- Take full accountability for Brisbane's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and reporting;">
- Collaborate with HQ to tailor marketing strategies for the Australian market and represent us as its public-facing ambassador.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A degree qualification in life sciences, business or a similar relevant field;">
- Higher degree and/or MBA will be highly regarded;">
