Finance Business Analyst

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, design solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.

The Finance Business Readiness stream is driving the adoption of SAP S/4HANA by using a structured methodology that focuses on process, data migration, integration, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support large-scale ERP program change impact assessments in Corporate Finance or Treasury contexts.
  • Engage with stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, and IT functions in complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Have a solid understanding of core finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Actuals, Planning, and Budgeting cycles.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BPC.
  • Strong capability in benefits and outcomes traceability, linking business objectives through process change to detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
