**About the Role**We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Manager to lead the change strategy and execution for a multi-country ERP implementation.
This is a high-impact role that will shape how thousands of employees across diverse regions adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.Your key responsibilities will be to:* Lead end-to-end change management planning and execution* Lead stakeholder engagement across multiple countries, cultures and businesses* Design and deliver communication, stakeholder, sponsor and reinforcement plans to support adoption* Monitor change readiness, adoption metrics and resistance trends, adjust strategies accordingly* Develop stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, business readiness and transition plans* Deliver effective communication and engagement strategies in collaboration with each individual business.
* Identify risks, remove barriers, and support a smooth transition to new ways of working**About You*** Proven experience managing change for large-scale ERP implementations (essential)* Degree qualified in a related field* Proven experience in project change management, cross-cultural stakeholder engagement and internal communication (minimum six years' experience)* Ability to work cross-functionally in complex environments* Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, APMG)* A passion for enabling adoption, with a people-first mindset* We offer a competitive salary package with yearly reviews, along with a range of benefits designed to support your health, well-being, and financial security.
