Seeking an experienced Communication & Training Analyst to work alongside the Change Management function on a major ERP transformation. This role will be responsible for analysing change impacts, developing and coordinating targeted training initiatives, and ensuring employees can confidently adopt new systems and processes.

The position requires the ability to translate complex technical changes into clear, practical learning experiences. Strong analytical capability, communication skills, and expertise in training design are essential, along with an understanding of ERP environments and the industry's unique challenges. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering change that drives lasting results.

About the role

Be the driving force behind ERP adoption — analysing impacts, engaging stakeholders, and delivering training that makes change stick. Working alongside Change Management, this role turns complex systems into clear, practical learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyse processes and roles to shape effective change strategies.
  2. Assess readiness and identify where extra support is needed.
  3. Build targeted communications and keep stakeholders engaged.
  4. Design and deliver role-specific training across multiple formats.
  5. Create practical learning tools and resources for ongoing support.
  6. Manage resistance and encourage confident adoption.
  7. Track progress, gather feedback, and refine approaches.
  8. Align all change and training activities with project milestones.
About you

Bringing both expertise and adaptability, the ideal candidate will combine change management know-how with hands-on training delivery skills. A background in ERP implementations and the ability to turn technical change into clear, engaging learning is key.

What We're Looking For
  1. Proven experience designing and delivering training for large-scale system rollouts.
  2. Strong change management knowledge with hands-on ERP implementation experience.
  3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  4. Skilled in e-learning platforms, in-app guidance tools, and content creation.
  5. Highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities.
  6. Degree and/or relevant certifications in change management or project management (desirable).
