Learning Experience Designer

This role involves partnering with Educators to design high-quality digital resources and tools aligned with best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with Educators to design digital resources, tools, and activities that meet quality standards.
  • Delivering training to empower staff to confidently teach and engage in online environments.
  • Working with subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for online delivery.
  • Applying university templates, processes, and protocols within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth course delivery.
  • Supporting academics with digital technologies that enhance learning outcomes.
  • Assisting with online development projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in education and training, with a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology-enabled learning and teaching projects.
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Demonstrated success in developing learning designs/curriculum in higher education and/or vocational education and training.
