Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for diverse networks, including LAN, WAN and WLAN.
  • Resolve technical issues to ensure customer needs are met and quality performance outcomes are achieved.
  • Maintain the network infrastructure and physical networking assets across all campuses.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualifications or relevant experience and education.
  • Qualifications and experience in line with the appropriate Higher Education Worker Level.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting LAN and wireless technologies in large complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in complex IP network environments.
  • Proficiency in software packages and ability to adapt to other desktop software quickly.
